Many out-of-town patients would like Dr.
Boxer Wachler to review their medical records and make a preliminary
determination of candidacy for the Visian ICL. This is useful
before planning a trip to Beverly Hills.
These are the steps for a FREE Visian
ICL Records Review:

Request from your eye doctor
your last 2 or 3 eye exams. Be sure they include your manifest
refraction.

Along with your last 2 or 3
eye exams, please request a copy of your most recent color cornea
mapping (topography). Color corneal mapping is an important
tool, along with your exam history, to determine your candidacy.
The last 2 years of your total eye history will be used to make
this preliminary determination.

Write a brief cover sheet that
obtains your name address, phone number and email address and
the words, "Visian ICL Records Review." This will
help us optimize communication with you.

Enclose with your cover sheet
with the copy of your records.
